1. Introduction

Welcome to Hashiro Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, which facilitates collective participation in distributed computing networks, specifically mining pools for Gonka Network.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. About Our Services

Hashiro Tech operates as a platform that enables users to participate in Gonka Network through two primary services:

2.1 Community Mining Pools

We organize and manage community mining pools where users can collectively invest in GPU hardware for Gonka Network mining:

• Organizing and managing community mining pools
• Renting professional GPU hardware (H100/H200/B200 class)
• Operating validator nodes in Gonka Network
• Distributing mining rewards proportionally to participants' shares
• Providing dashboards for tracking investments and rewards

2.2 Node Rental Service

We facilitate single-epoch node rentals through our partner provider, acting as a guarantor for investor protection:

• Facilitating access to pre-configured ML nodes from verified providers
• Managing payment escrow and reward verification
• Providing immediate unlocked rewards (no 180-day vesting)
• Protecting investors through blockchain verification before provider settlement

4. Investment Terms

4.1 Pool Participation

Users can invest in mining pools by purchasing shares ranging from 5% to 50% of the pool's total target amount. Multiple presets can be combined to achieve desired participation levels.

4.2 Fees

Our platform charges the following fees:

• Management Fee: Calculated on invested funds, covers server setup, maintenance, and operational costs. The percentage varies by pool and is clearly displayed before investment.
• Performance Fee: Calculated on earned rewards, incentivizes optimization of hardware settings. This fee is optional and varies by pool.
• Exit Fee: 5% fee applies if you request to exit a pool before the fundraising deadline (up to 7 days before deadline).

4.3 Payment

All investments must be made in USDT TRC20. You must include the provided MEMO code with your payment. Payments without the correct MEMO code may be lost or delayed.

Payment window is 24 hours from investment creation. Unpaid investments will be automatically cancelled.

4.4 Minimum Funding Requirements

If a pool does not reach its full funding target by the deadline:

• If sufficient funds are collected for at least 7 days of server rental, the pool period is adjusted proportionally, and participant shares are recalculated accordingly.
• If insufficient funds are collected for even 7 days of rental, the pool is cancelled and all investments are refunded without fees.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are only available before a pool becomes active:

• You may request a refund up to 7 days before the fundraising deadline
• A 5% service fee is deducted from refunded amounts
• After the fundraising deadline or once the pool is active, refunds are not possible

5. Rewards and Vesting

5.1 Reward Distribution

Mining rewards are distributed proportionally to participants based on their share percentage in the pool. Distribution occurs automatically as rewards are earned by the pool's validator node.

5.2 180-Day Vesting

All rewards are subject to a 180-day (180-epoch) vesting period as required by Gonka Network protocol. This means:

• Rewards unlock linearly over 180 days
• Each day, 1/180th of that day's earnings become unlocked
• You can track your vesting schedule in your dashboard
• Only unlocked tokens can be withdrawn

This vesting schedule is enforced by Gonka Network's blockchain and is beyond our control.

5.3 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your unlocked GNK tokens at any time. Withdrawals are processed to your Keplr wallet address (gonka1...). Processing times may vary.

6. Pool Lifecycle and Renewal

6.1 Pool Periods

Each pool operates for a defined period (typically 30 days), starting from the launch date set by administrators after successful node deployment.

6.2 Renewal Process

Before a pool period ends, participants are notified about renewal options:

• Renewal notifications are sent 15 days before period end
• Participants have 5 days to commit to renewal
• If you choose not to renew, your share may be offered to new participants
• Your rewards from previous periods remain yours regardless of renewal decision

6.3 Early Exit

Once a pool is active, early exit is not possible until the current period ends. You must wait until the renewal phase to opt out.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Providing accurate email and wallet addresses
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency investments
• Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Ensuring you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms
• Safeguarding your wallet private keys and recovery phrases
• Verifying all payment details before making transactions

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes or money laundering
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform
• Impersonate others or create multiple accounts
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
• Share your account access with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code

10. Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may:

• Suspend services for maintenance or updates
• Modify or discontinue features with or without notice
• Restrict access to certain features or users

We are not liable for any disruptions or damages resulting from platform unavailability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hashiro Tech, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Your investment decisions and financial outcomes

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services should first be addressed through our support channels:

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Data and Privacy

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For significant changes affecting your rights or obligations, we will provide notice through email or platform notifications.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Risk to platform security or other users
• Extended inactivity

Upon termination, your active investments will continue according to their terms, but you will lose access to platform features.

17. Regulatory Compliance

Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation complies with applicable laws in your location. We do not provide legal or financial advice.

We reserve the right to restrict access to users from certain jurisdictions where our services may not be legally permitted.

18. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform belong to Hashiro Tech or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
